Tickit Rewards: A Seamless and Effortless Approach to Everyday Loyalty

Loyalty programs have long been a staple in customer engagement, yet many still require manual steps, scanning receipts, entering membership numbers, or navigating through multiple app screens. As consumer expectations shift toward effortless digital experiences, Tickit Rewards, a Dubai Holding initiative, is redefining how loyalty works across 3,500+ locations in the UAE.

Unlike traditional loyalty programs, Tickit requires no extra steps at checkout. Customers simply:

  1. Download the Tickit app and create an account.
  2. Link a debit or credit card to activate earning.
  3. Shop and pay using their physical card, Apple Pay, or Samsung Wallet at any Tickit partner location.

Once a transaction is completed, customers receive a push notification confirming the points earned, no need to scan a QR code, enter a loyalty ID at the point of purchase. This mechanism ensures that rewards are earned effortlessly, integrating into customers’ daily lives rather than requiring additional effort.

With Tickit, customers can earn up to 20% Tickit points automatically on their daily transactions across a diverse range of shopping, dining, entertainment, mobility and lifestyle brands. Whether they’re shopping at Virgin Megastore, Decathlon, KIKO Milano, JYSK, dining at Burger King, Texas Chicken, Jumeirah Restaurants, or booking a stay at Rove Hotels, Union Coop for grocery or ordering a taxi with Zed every purchase counts toward their rewards.

The program extends beyond individual brands, covering key lifestyle up to 15+ destinations in the UAE such as The Beach JBR, Bluewaters, City Walk, Dubai Hills Mall, allowing customers to earn rewards seamlessly wherever they go.

Beyond its core point mechanism, Tickit enhances value through strategic partnerships:

  • Telecom provider Collaboration: Tickit users who are member of a specific Telecom carrier receive additional Tickit points, making their rewards even more valuable.
  • Bank Partnerships: Participating banks provide bonus points and point boosts to specific customer tiers, maximizing their earning potential.
  • Brand-Specific Promotions: Certain brands offer extra Tickit points, allowing customers to earn more at select stores and outlets.

These tailored rewards create a dynamic, flexible loyalty experience that goes beyond a simple points base program, catering to a wide range of consumer spending behaviors.

Many promotional campaigns require customers to manually upload receipts or enter transaction details to participate in raffles. Tickit removes this friction, if a qualifying transaction is made, it is automatically entered into the draw. This ensures that users don’t have to take any extra steps while still enjoying the benefits of campaign participation.

Tickit’s innovation extends beyond retail and hospitality. In partnership with Dubai Holding Communities, tenants can now earn Tickit points on rent and service charge payments, a unique offering that integrates rewards into everyday financial commitments.

As digital transformation continues to shape consumer expectations, loyalty programs must prioritize convenience, accessibility, and automation. Tickit’s card-linked mechanism eliminates the need for manual tracking, ensuring that customers never miss out on rewards while offering businesses an easy way to drive engagement.

By covering essential spending categories, integrating with major lifestyle destinations, and partnering with key industry players, Tickit is leading the shift toward a more seamless, automated, and valuable loyalty experience, one that aligns with the expectations of today’s digitally savvy consumers.
