Loyalty Unstuck

Kicking Off a New Thought Leadership Series

We’re kicking off a new conversational series Loyalty Unstuck, with Phil Rubin, that is centered on an emerging theme in our industry.  The idea of loyalty being in a ‘stuck’ state was ‘stuck’ first introduced by Phil, who is the founder of Grey Space Matters and long-time loyalty industry expert, at Loyalty Summit CXM in Los Angeles earlier this year.

Our Managing Editor, Bill Hanifin, had time to recently connect with Phil to understand how he defines this topic and to provide an initial frame of reference for why it is an important conversation for loyalty marketers to be spending time on.

We won’t give away all of what Phil and Bill have to say in this opening, but you’ll definitely want to take 30 minutes from your day to learn more.

We hope you enjoy this conversation and those that will follow on getting loyalty unstuck.
