September 24, 2025 — Tecsa and Morrisons announce a new technology-led strategic partnership. Tecsa will deploy MoreViu, a proven customer-centric category management platform to power better ranging, merchandising, pricing and promotional decisions. The new partnership will combine Morrisons’ existing data assets, including operational, point-of-sale and More card data, with Tecsa’s cutting-edge decision science and AI.
The insights generated will better enable Morrisons to stock the right ranges, in the right locations at the right time and at the right price to provide customers with great value whilst meeting all the needs of their grocery shop. Morrisons’ suppliers will also be able to access the same precision customer insights enabling them to bring new and value-added products to market in support of Morrisons ambitious growth plans.
The platform will also enable the scaling of Morrisons capability to provide bespoke and more relevant promotions to customers, helping customers access great value where and when they most need it.
In addition to the technology partnership Tecsa will also provide expertise to support the development and growth of the More loyalty program.
Matt McLellan, Morrisons’ new Group Customer, Data & Media Director, said “Customer-focused decision making has always been a priority for Morrisons, and through our collaboration with Tecsa, we’re now poised to elevate this even further, empowered by best-in-class technology which we will co-develop over the coming years.”
