As I look back upon the journey of The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group over the last 40 years, I often reflect on what truly defines our success. Beyond the luxurious accommodations, the exquisite dining experiences and the attentive service, it is the enduring relationships we have cultivated with our dear guests.
In the business of Hospitality, guests take centre stage and they are an integral part of The LaLiT family. Their feedback shapes our offerings, their preferences guide our innovations, and their loyalty fuels our passion. We recognise that in today’s world, choices are abundant and their decision to consistently choose The LaLiT is a privilege we never take for granted.
For us, loyalty goes beyond mere repeat business. It reflects a shared understanding and mutual expectation. When a guest chooses to return to our hotels, it speaks volumes about their faith in The LaLiT – and we value this trust deeply.
Our upcoming loyalty program is not merely a transactional tool. It is gratitude to our invaluable guests. Through it we intend to show our appreciation with tangible rewards and special privileges that further enhance the guest experiences.
We have invested in this program because our guests deserve the best. Our program is designed to offer a tiered system of benefits, allowing us to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our loyal clientele. From complimentary upgrades and late check-outs to exclusive access to events and special offers, we strive to create a deep sense of belonging and care.
At The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group, social responsibility and inclusivity are woven in our DNA. We strongly believe that businesses must play a role in creating equitable opportunities and sustainable impact. Over the years, we have planted over 11 lakh trees across India, contributing to greener destinations for future generations.
Through our partnership with Disha, an NGO, we have supported the education of more than 20,000 children in remote parts of Uttarakhand and helped provide placements to over 10,000 students.
We have also upskilled over 2,000 queer individuals in hospitality, retail and finance. We have offered dignified employment opportunities to more than 1000 members of the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, acid attack warriors and other marginalised groups – helping them build brighter futures.
We continue to champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion every day, to build the marginalised into the mainstream. We ensure that our workplaces and guest experiences reflect the values we stand for.
Building on this ethos, our vision for loyalty naturally extends beyond conventional rewards. We believe in using it to create positive change. This is why we have partnered with Points for Good, a unique part of our program that allows members to donate points to support over 18 NGOs and 40 verified causes that resonate with them.
Through this platform, our members can contribute their points towards initiatives that create real, meaningful change whether it’s supporting education for underprivileged children, skilling marginalised communities for better livelihoods, funding tree plantation drives to restore green cover, promoting environmental sustainability or uplifting the LGBTQIA+ community.
At The LaLiT, we have always believed in aligning brand values with those of our guests.
