Linxens awarded EcoVadis Silver Medal for its CSR performance

Levallois-Perret, June 25, 2025 – Linxens, a global leader in the manufacture of component-based solutions for smart cards, identity documents, connected health, and IoT, is proud to announce that its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy has been recognized with an EcoVadis Silver Medal, achieving an overall score of 70 out of 100. This result places the company among the top 15% of performers in its sector worldwide. The EcoVadis assessment is based on four key pillars: environment, human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

Linxens now ranks among the top 7% of companies in the electronic components and smart card industry. The company stands out particularly on environmental performance, ranking in the top 2% of the sector, thanks to tangible commitments to reducing its carbon footprint, managing waste, and optimizing water and energy consumption — all backed by ISO 14001 and 50001 certifications.

Its social and HR policies, workplace safety initiatives, training programs, and efforts to promote diversity were also recognized. In the areas of ethics and sustainable procurement, Linxens has implemented robust measures for oversight, conflict of interest prevention, and supplier engagement.

“This Silver Medal reflects the commitment of all our teams to continuously evolve our practices in a more responsible, structured, and measurable way. This recognition, and the significant improvement in many of our scores compared to previous years, is a testament to our progress in sustainable development — a journey we have formalized through our ESG program, Vitality.’ While this result is not an endpoint, it serves as a solid foundation to build upon, with the clear ambition to further strengthen our positive impact on the broader ecosystem,” said Arnaud Lay, EVP, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Linxens.

This recognition reflects a strong and active transformation dynamic at a time when societal, regulatory, and industry expectations around sustainability are becoming increasingly demanding.
