PUG Interactive makes a move to Dallas on its path to redefine gamification in customer loyalty

Steve Bocska, Founder and CEO PUG Interactive quietly expanded from his roots in Vancouver, Canada to Dallas, Texas about one year ago.

After a reasonably stealthy decade of corporate development and R&D, this experienced game designer made the move to Dallas with clear intentions in mind.

Citing that Dallas is thought of by many as the birthplace of loyalty, Bocska told Innovate.com that “We’re disrupting loyalty …… So, what better place to do it than where loyalty was created?” American Airlines is headquartered in Fort-Worth and is known to have spawned the entire loyalty industry in 1981 by launching the first successful airline loyalty program. “All of the smartest people must still be here,” Bocska said. “That’s a large part of why we came.”
