Charlotte FC Launches New Rewards Program to Enhance Season Ticket Member Experience

Charlotte FC announced the Club has launched Charlotte FC Rewards, a new program designed to enhance the season ticket member experience.  The platform is housed on the Charlotte FC app and powered through CrowdPlay. You can get program details here.

All Season Ticket Members will have access to the platform through the Charlotte FC App, which will also house a member-only marketplace where they can earn points and redeem rewards all For The Crown.

Morrisons Taps Ecrebo to Power Real-Time Personalised Engagement with Shoppers

Morrisons has partnered with retail engagement specialist Ecrebo to launch a “real-time” in-store marketing platform, to generate immediate personalised coupons, offers and messages to shoppers in-store at the till and also through its app.

To beef up the impact of its More rewards program, UK supermarket Morrisons announced 2,500 price cuts last month, a major expansion of its use of physical coupons, only this time with personalisation. The campaign is meant to combat competitive inroads made by Aldi and Lidl in Morrison’s home market.

Radisson Rewards reports over 27 Million Members and New Partnerships

Radisson Hotel Group’s global portfolio spans more than 1,600 hotels including member favourite resorts and city hotels, and its loyalty program – Radisson Rewards – has surpassed 27 million members within just three years.

Al Rajhi Bank, bank in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, joins Radisson Hotel Group as a significant new partner partnership, one of many forming a broader expansion strategy in Radisson Hotel Group high growth markets of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and India. Clients can now seamlessly convert points from the bank’s own loyalty program into Radisson Rewards points.

Agoda and China Airlines Expand Travel Rewards with StayMiles for Easy Hotel Bookings

Agoda has launched a hotel reservation platform called StayMiles through its business partnership with China Airlines, which operates its strategic partnerships division, Rocket Travel by Agoda.

The program enables China Airlines loyalty program members to book hotels across the globe while they earn and use their miles, which improves their travel experience through new and innovative methods.

JetBlue and United Loyalty Partnership Expands Opportunities for Growth

JetBlue Airways and United Airlines have expanded their Blue Sky collaboration, allowing customers to directly purchase itineraries on either airline’s website and app using cash or loyalty points and miles.
