Convenience Retailer Stinker Expands with Largest Store Ever

Stinker Stores operates 105 Locations in Idaho, Colorado and Wyoming. The chain was founded by Farris Lind in Boise Idaho in 1936 with the promise of keeping fuel prices down to undercut the “Big Boys” high prices. Quickly he became known as a real “Stinker” in the gas industry, and he embraced the notoriety by naming his convenience store chain “Stinker”.

Now, Stinker has crossed another threshold, opening its largest store to date, a 10,000-square-foot travel center. The company currently operates six truck stops and travel plazas, and its primary customers are professional drivers and travelers. Read about it here.

Nisqually Markets Launches New Loyalty Mobile App with Liquid Barcodes

Nisqually Markets is a business proudly owned by the Nisqually Indian Tribe, operating in Washington state. As a tribally-owned business, Nisqually Markets plays a vital role in supporting essential tribal programs, services, and initiatives that benefit the community.

The tribally owned convenience retailer has launched “Go! Nisqually Markets”, a mobile app bringing rewards, subscriptions and gamification to its customer base. The new app integrates the Liquid Barcodes loyalty platform with Nisqually Markets’ existing infrastructure. The retailer first announced the loyalty collaboration last fall.

Quality Oil Company Taps Paytronix New Loyalty Program with Personalized Messaging

Quality Oil Company, a North Carolina based company housing Quality Mart, Quality Plus, and GOGAS convenience brands, announced they have partnered with Paytronix, a leader in guest engagement for restaurants and convenience stores, to launch their suite of solutions across its 138 retail locations.

The suite will be a combination of Paytronix loyalty and messaging integrated with a mobile app from Rovertown to help Quality Oil get closer to its customers and drive engagement. Quality Oil will also utilize Paytronix’s strategy & analytics service to refine personalization initiatives and bolster customer retention opportunities.
